    I STARTED TRAINING WITH AL IN 2007 BECAUSE I SAW THAT SEVERAL OF MY
CO-WORKERS HAD BEEN SUCCESSFUL AT FUTURE FITNESS. I WAS  A LITTLE
SKEPTICAL AT FIRST BECAUSE I THOUGHT THAT I "BEEN THERE, DONE THAT"
AFTER A LIFETIME OF SPORTS AND 17 YEARS  OF LAW ENFORCEMENT, I HAD  MY
FAIR SHARE  OF ACHES AND PAINS. MY BACK,SHOULDER AND KNEE PROBLEMS ALL
ADDED UP TO A FEELING LIKE MY BEST DAYS  HAD PASSED ME BY.

   AL'S WEIGHTLIFTING  PROGRAM CONSISTS OF 3 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR 30  
MINUTES. I WAS AMAZED AT HOW QUICKLY I BECAME LEANER AND STRONGER.
HIS WORKOUT ROUTINES ARE SIMPLE YET COMPREHENSIVE.  NO TWO WORKOUTS
ARE THE SAME  AND THERE IS NO DOWN TIME. THE PROBLEM WITH MOST GYMS IS  
GETTING TO  THE EQUIPMENT YOU WANT TO USE. THAT PROBLEM DOESN'T  EXIST
AT FUTURE FITNESS BECAUSE AL'S PROGRAM IS GEARED  FOR BUSY PEOPLE.

   I THOUGHT I KNEW  WHAT I WAS DOING IN THE GYM.I ALSO
 THOUGHT THAT I
WAS WORKING OUT HARD. MY STORY IS PROBABLY  SIMILAR TO MOST GUYS. IN
TRY
ING  TO PROTECT  OLD INJURIES,I WAS NO LONGER EXERCISING MAJOR
MUSCLE GROUPS ( LEGS AND LOWER BACK).  AL'S ROUTINES  TIE ALL OF THE
MUSCLE GROUPS TOGETHER.

   I AM NOW GETTING BETTER WORKOUTS IN 30 MINUTES THAN I HAD BEEN
GETTING  AT ONE OF THE LARGER  GYMS IN 90 MINUTES. I NO LONGER FEEL THAT I
HAVE TO BE ON THE DEFENSIVE AGAINST AGGRAVATING  AN OLD INJURY.AS A
MATTER OF FACT, I'M ABOUT AS STRONG NOW AS I WAS IN COLLEGE OVER 20
YEARS AGO.

    I AM VERY FORTUNATE FOR WHAT AL HAS GIVEN ME AND I ENTHUSIASTICALLY  
RECOMMEND HIM  TO WHO EVER WILL LISTEN. AL'S  PROGRAM HAS GIVEN  ME  10
YEARS BACK  ON MY HEALTH.  IF I HADN'T  GONE THROUGH  THE LAST 18 MONTHS
,I WOULDN'T  HAVE BELIEVED IT WAS POSSIBLE.. I NOW HAVE MORE  ENERGY FOR
MY FAMILY  AND MY BUSY  CAREER.
