About Future Fitness
First of all I want you to understand  that I DO NOT intend to (or presume to) change your
lifestyle, but rather ENHANCE it by adding fitness and health knowledge to your life.

What Future Fitness offers is a logical and clearer approach of understanding of what
"Healthy" really means.  The tools Future Fitness uses are not any different than any
other health club.  The information and techniques  we use are directed to  help each
person achieve  their  fitness potential  FASTER.. You stand a greater chance to
succeed if you find that the program is actually working. You  MUST   actually see  
results  every two weeks, if not, you're on the wrong program!
All health programs require a variety of diets, a certain amount of weight training,
and some form of cardiovascular exercise.  As you know there are many diets that are
successful to millions of people.  Examples include:  The Zone Diet, Protein Diet,
Grapefruit Diet, Jenny Craig Diet and many more.  These are all forms of  YO-YO
Dieting.  You lose it, You gain it, You lose it, You gain it....  In this day and age with
so much T.V. Coverage it should be called the OPRAH WINFREY SYNDROME!

All the informercials on every piece of exercise equipment possible guarantee their
product will solve the publics weight and health problems, I will let you in on a
secret:  They ALL WORK!!!!  The problem is not the product or the programs.  The
problems lie within the individuals that need these tools to work.  They may not have
the proper frame of mind in order to make the tools provided to work on a
"PERMANENT" basis.  The first step to success is to identify the "PURPOSE" of
why you feel the need to exercise. Different age groups identify their needs and goals
differently.  Here at Future Fitness I believe everyone should have the same goal.
That goal should consist of understanding and learning how important each person
really is.
It's strange how  most adults even with all their LIFE EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION
and their ECONOMIC SUCCESS'
their  HEALTH continues to ELUDE them
.
Everyone should also have the same obligation to themselves and  that is to learn to
truly respect our bodies.  WE MUST LOOK AT OUR HUMAN BODY AS A GIFT and
learn to appreciate and take good care of this gift.  This is a simple process in thought
and on paper.  The difficult part is the application thru actions; we must eliminate
toxins from our bodies, excessive eating, smoking and drinking.  We must also
perform a strenuous form of cardiovascular exercise for our heart and lungs.  It is very
important to know how to determine what the proper diet should be applied for each
individual, what the proper weight to use when performing a particular exercise for a
specific muscle group and what is the best form and duration of a specific
cardiovascular routine to follow.  The most important fact I can tell you (and this
may sound a bit cruel) it is not the program that will fail you, but rather you may fail
yourself.
 Whether you follow my program here at future fitness or anyone else's the
key is to bring out your strengths that you already have in all the positive areas of
your life and apply those abilities in your quest for true health.
 Getting healthy will
be the most difficult challenge you will ever encounter and STAYING healthy will be
that more difficult.
