Every so often I get out of shape like everyone else, same excuses (Too busy, not enough time, I'll start
next week, I carry around the same check list, and somehow that check list gets bigger around my
stomach!!!  By simply applying my  own programs I can easily pick myself up and continue to move
forward!  Here I am at 197 lbs!  After 16 wks. of hard application I went back to a healthy 165 lbs!!!
