I began training at Future Fitness with Al in December of 2009. As an athlete in both
high school and college, physical fitness has always been a priority in my life. I am
currently a runner, and combining Al’s techniques with my running workouts has proven
to be a great combination. In 2009, my fitness level had reached a plateau, and I felt as if I
was getting slower with age and not recovering, as I was accustomed. When introduced to
Al, I never thought 30 minutes per session only three times a week would make such a
difference in my overall well being. Friends that have not seen me in a year or so take
notice almost immediately and wonder how I have become so toned.

Al’s techniques combined with his meal plans just makes sense and with a little
discipline you will truly see incredible results. When working out, it is all about you and
your level of fitness. Al and his team customize their workouts to suit your body type and
conditioning. There is no time wasted, as once you begin your 30 minutes, you work hard,
then you are done. Time management is crucial for so many professionals, and his plan,
fits in with the busiest of schedules.

Being in law enforcement, it is paramount to lead by example, which includes being fit
both physically as well as emotionally.  Al’s message: “The Sport is Life, Train For It,” is
incredibly true. My husband Jack saw the progress I made, and now he is hooked. We are
both living our lives with more energy and zest.

Thank you Al, and all of your trainers at Future Fitness!!
